  Really difficult to deal with. We were dealing with Cameron a Senior Bussiness Development Manager about a project.
  
  He sent someone onsite to meet us and discuss the project and was due to send us a quote/plan on how to approach it - we heard nothing for nearly 7 weeks. He didn't respond to or acknowledge any Emails or phone calls - we even ran the office in case he was on leave or unwell only to be told he was there and then be asked to leave another message!!!!
  
  He eventually answered the phone and seemed disinterested and said they were too busy to do the protect and to try someone else.
  
  Really poor customer service.

  I’ve been employed by Tomkins for over 8 years, starting as a Cadet and working my way up to now a Project Manager, and I couldn’t rate them more highly.
  
  They provide massive opportunities for growth for those that are willing to work for it, and great support from upper management who have an ‘open-door’ policy to all employees. This is great for not only personal career growth, but allows a much more collaborative approach to our building projects.
  
  As far as I can tell, they have really great long-standing relationships with their clients, subcontractors and many employees who have all grown with Tomkins over the years, myself included.
